How It Works

If your package is intercepted or seized by customs:

1. Notification: If you receive a seizure letter or your tracking status indicates a customs hold for more than 14 business days, please contact us immediately.
2. Verification: Provide us with a photo or scan of the official customs documentation or a screenshot of the tracking status.
3. Reshipment: Once verified, we will arrange a one-time free replacement of your order. We will ship a brand-new watch to you at no additional cost.

Policy Details

• Cost: This insurance is provided free of charge for all customers worldwide.
• Alternative Address: In some cases, we may request an alternative shipping address for the replacement to ensure a successful delivery.
• Exclusions: This policy covers customs seizures only. It does not cover packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the courier, nor does it cover delays caused by standard customs inspections that do not lead to a seizure.
